She has successfully worked over 175 cases since she has been with the firm in primarily partitions and fraudulent deed actions. Prior to his legal pursuits, Stephen laid a solid foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University in 2000. His expertise in accounting led him to perform tax consulting services as a Certified Public Accountant for Arthur Andersen in Chicago, IL, showcasing his commitment to excellence.
In 2007, Stephen took a bold step in his career by opening his own law practice, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to providing legal services of the highest caliber. Stephen has personally handled 1000’s of real estate related cases and currently oversees all of cases and proceedings at The Law Offices of Stephen K. Hachey, P.A.
Stephen's commitment to the legal profession is evident in his active membership in the Florida Bar. His role as a Circuit Civil Mediator and a Certified Mortgage Foreclosure Mediator showcases his dedication to alternative dispute resolution, contributing to the fair and efficient resolution of legal matters.
In addition to his legal and accounting credentials, Stephen is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, further showcasing his multifaceted expertise in the realms of law and real estate. He is also a member of the National and Florida Board of Realtors, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His reach extends to the federal level, as he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, allowing him to navigate complex legal issues at both state and federal levels.
